First Impressions

House number easy to see
House Exterior in good repair
Eavestroughs, down spouts and soffits painted and in good repair
Garage/carport clean and tidy Cracked or broken window panes replaced

Lawns cut and raked, hedges and shrubs trimmed, gardens weeded and edged
Walkways, patios, decks etc. cleared of snow, leaves or debris
Walkways and driveway sanded or salted in cold weather

Interior Maintenance

Chipped paint touched up
Cracked plaster repaired
Door knobs and cupboards latches tight
Furnace wiped down

Burned out light bulbs replaced
Squeaky doors oiled

Bathrooms

Leaky taps and toilets repaired
Mirrors, fixtures and taps cleaned and polished

Seals around tubs and basins in good repair
Floors cleaned, waste containers emptied
Inside of cupboards and cabinets clean and neat
Towels clean and matching
Clutter put away

Air conditioner on in warm weather
All lights turned on

Fireplace lit in cooler weather
